The Staubach Group, Inc. has been performing real estate appraisals and
construction inspections since its inception in 1991, of which, the principal
William G. Staubach has been involved in Real Estate appraising and
construction for approximately 30 years.
Our experience encompasses a wide range of construction/renovation
projects that span from single family residential to substantial
commercial/industrial facilities. The
principal is responsible for all commercial/industrial projects and is
currently certified in Michigan to perform
appraisals on all types of properties, i.e., residential (FHA approved), review
appraisals, commercial, industrial, both complex and non-complex, in addition
to being a licensed builder in the state of Michigan. The principal also reviews all commercial
appraisal/inspections that are performed by any of the listed appraisers.
We perform commercial and residential appraisals, including
industrial, office, apartment, condominium, retail in addition to construction
inspections on numerous special purpose facilities including, golf courses,
casino/hotel, gas stations, church’s and conversion properties.
The
Staubach Group, Inc. completes appraisals in southeastern Michigan (including Macomb,
Oakland, Wayne,
Genesee, St. Clair, Livingston and Washtenaw counties) and construction
inspection services within Michigan, Ohio, Indiana and Illinois. Our fee structure is individual to the
appraisal/project; however, upon receiving the scope and property description,
we will provide a quote with a fixed cost and anticipated completion date. We currently are performing commercial
construction inspections and appraisals for numerous banks, financial
companies, attorneys and government entities and we look forward to expanding
our relationship in being considered for commercial appraisals and construction
